After seven years recruiting top-tier engineers for fast-moving software startups, I traded in code commits for courtrooms. Now, I spend my days helping FL, NJ, PA, & NY law firms and legal departments build powerhouse teams in insurance defense, commercial litigation, & general liability.

I know the difference between a resume that looks good on paper and an attorney who can actually move the needle in trial or negotiations. I also know that the right hire isn’t just about skills; it’s about culture, chemistry, and a bit of gut instinct.

• Manage portfolio of both existing and new clients and candidate & build strong relationships with clients by delivering top tier candidates
• Search, source, screen & interview potential candidates through many resources
• Own the entire process from interview through offer stage
• Track leads, client and candidate communication and KPIs through Salesforce, Bullhorn, Customer Connect, Adapt, PowerBI, Zoominfo etc.
• Execute dynamic candidate searches, manage pipeline and candidate flow, alongside seeking and sharing performance feedback
• The ability to source candidates/clients through our proven sourcing and market research
methodology
• Open new accounts using effective sales practices over the phone and online
• Execute a successful recruiting process from start (source) to finish (hire) using our vast set of ‘best practices’ guides and tools
• Educate and advise candidates/clients to build strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
• Work within a collaborative team to collectively deliver the best possible recruitment experience
