Helping people is my passion and my specialty. This is why I chose to be a staffing professional. I am a "people person" and thrive on helping my clients and candidates achieve their goals.

I have a total of 14 years of experience in recruiting. I started in 1998 at Shuler and Associates where I recruited nationwide for Advertising and Marketing candidates in the areas of Food and Beverage. Some of my larger clients include Burger King Corporation, McDonalds Corporation, Foote Cone & Belding, and DMB&B.

I left Shuler and Associates to try my hand at outside sales. I joined Stewart Title and was the top Account Manager in Orange County for over 6 years, working with real estate brokers and mortgage lenders. After years of real estate "mixers" and expensive events, I realized that my heart was still in recruiting, where I felt I was really making a difference in peoples lives.

I joined Amtec in October of 2010. I recruited both locally and nationwide for candidates in the areas of Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Sales and Marketing, Consumer Electronics and Healthcare. After almost 5 years with Amtec I felt it was time to realize my dream of owning my own company. This way I can make my clients my #1 priority and give them the resources and services that they deserve.

I then started and co-owned Empowered Employment, LLC with my talented sister, Jennifer Thomas. We ran our successful staffing firm for over 5 years, specializing in not only Engineering/IT but also Tax, Accounting & Finance.

After much thought and persuasion, I joined Jobot in 2020 and it was the BEST decision I have ever made in my professional career. I am an expert in Engineering/IT, Tax and Accounting & Finance. I absolutely love my Jobot family, our amazing recruiting resources, and plan to stay here forever!
