My answer to this question is loved by many and perceived as a nuisance by some. Either way, it serves as a reminder of the responsibility that every working professional should uphold: to be honest, factual, goal-driven, and always on the lookout for exceptional people to network with.
With over 10 years of experience in internal and agency recruiting, I have embraced this way of living.
