Accounts Payable Specialist III

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team as a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. The successful candidate will work to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable system and will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of AP Specialist, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries.
• Experience with Sage is a plus!
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing.
• Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (not needed)
