Job Details
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management
3. Proficiency in 3 Way Match, reconciling entries, and general ledger management.
4. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
5. Extensive knowledge of 1099 and ACH processes.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
