Image Sensor Engineer

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Image Sensor Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of seasoned engineers, designers, and researchers to develop and enhance image sensor technology.

Responsibilities:
As an Image Sensor Engineer, your daily duties will include:

1. Designing, simulating, and testing CMOS image sensors.
2. Working on SWIR (Short-Wave Infrared) image sensors and understanding their applications.
3. Developing analog designs for image sensors and working on IC chip design.
4. Using Cadence and other design tools for circuit simulation and layout.
5. Collaborating with a cross-functional team to integrate image sensors into broader system designs.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to image sensor design and performance.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics/electrical engineering and image sensor technology.
8. Ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
9. Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Image Sensor Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in image sensor design and development.
3. Proficiency in CMOS and SWIR image sensor technology.
4. Strong knowledge of analog design, IC chip design, and Cadence or equivalent design tools.
5. Demonstrable experience in electronics/electrical engineering, particularly in relation to image sensor technology.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the field of image sensor technology.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
