We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our manufacturing process, increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and driving overall product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a fast-paced environment analyze the production process, and provide continuous improvement on the production floor
• Responsible for design and hands-on work
• Designing fixtures for drilling, punching, and fabrication
• Take fixturing from production team and further add optimization
• Identify equipment upgrade opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks or other relevant software
• Experience with Lean Sigma principles and methodologies within light manufacturing and fabrication environments
• NPI experience is a plus
