Title: Senior Litigation Attorney (Hybrid Remote)
Location: Mission Viejo, CA 92691
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of litigation issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Assist in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial and appeal
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and tactics
• Stay abreast of legal developments and case law relevant to assigned matters

Qualifications:

• Admission to the bar in California
• 3 or more years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm or government agency (experience level may vary based on seniority of position)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
