We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of tax-related tasks and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review individual, trust, corporate, and S-corp tax returns with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze financial statements, tax forms, and other relevant documents to identify potential tax deductions, credits, and liabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to stay updated and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Assist in tax planning and strategizing to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tax-related projects.
  • Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation for future reference.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in tax legislation to continuously enhance your expertise.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or eligibility is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, trust, corporate, and S-corp tax returns.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
